The main First ScotRail lines are: Ayrshire Coast Line, Edinburgh to Aberdeen Line, Fife Circle Line, Glasgow-Edinburgh Line, Glasgow-Edinburgh via Falkirk Line, Glasgow to Aberdeen Line, Glasgow South Western Line and Highland Main Line. The ScotRail franchise is now in its eighth year, during this period delays have been reduced by 50% and passenger numbers have increased by 20%.
