Prior to calling please ensure you have all the information available to help the advisors deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible. Seatwave is an online ticket exchange service founded by Joe Cohen in 2006 allowing the purchase and sale of tickets to live events including music, theatre and sport. Effectively Seatwave acts as a middleman for buyers and sellers but the site guarantees all tickets in the case of tickets that never arrive and they also guarantee that all tickets come from legitimate sources. The founder of Seatwave, Joe Cohen, is an experienced industry insider formerly of Match.com and Ticketmaster. Seatwave won the Media Momentum's "Fastest Growing Company Award & Best Management" Award and was awarded first place in the Tech Media Invest 100 in 2009. The company has invested millions of pounds into national TV campaigns and in 2011 the Advertising Standards Authority concluded that they had breached the UK Code of Broadcast Advertising and banned Seatwave from airing their controversial advert.
