Ok, so the O2 customer service phone number isnt too easy to find, otherwise you wouldnt be here, but that isnt really something that you can hold against the response that you get when you phone O2. The 1st thing that you will notice when you look up O2 customer service is that there are very few complaints on the internet, which is in itself in a testament to the fact that they are doing a pretty good job. Most customer services have complaints all over the internet whining about everything from poor response times to out of the country call centres. Our experience with O2s customer services has been pretty good, there is very little to complain about and short of a couple of run ins people have had with their payment department we havent really heard of anything that people have had a problem with.Telefónica UK Limited, trading as O2 in the UK, is the second-largest mobile telecommunications provider in the UK (after EE, formerly Everything Everywhere), the UK office is based in Slough. The O2 brand is used by Telefónica in the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. O2 also operates the network for the Tesco Mobile business in the UK and Ireland.
